The dining area located on this floor provides a large contemporary dining table and chairs comfortably seating up to 10 guests. The villa’s first two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, a double bedroom with en suite shower room and a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom. Both of the bedrooms have access to a veranda through large glass patio doors where outstanding unobstructed views of the Mediterranean Sea can be enjoyed. Moving up to the first floor you will find the remaining two bedrooms, a double bedroom with en suite shower room and a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom. Both of these bedrooms have access to a spacious terrace equipped with ample outside furniture for you to take a moment to relax with an evening drink, enjoying the views of the entire bay or the sunset over the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is equipped throughout with air-conditioning units for both cooling and heating, so the property can be enjoyed in comfort all year round (see rental rates). A baby cot and highchair can be provided and the villa owner has thoughtfully supplied pool towels. Available also are a safety deposit box, two hairdryers and an iron and ironing board for guests' use. One of this villa’s many luxuries; a spacious games area with entertainment for everyone is located on the lower ground floor. The area features plenty of activities for all members of the family with a pool table, table football and gym equipment. For the younger members of the family you will find a children’s play area and 2 comfortable sofa beds (suitable for 2 children). The lower ground floor also features a separate shower room and a laundry room equipped with washing machine. Large glass patio doors will lead you from the living area to a spacious covered terrace area offering table and chairs for you to truly experience the joy of outdoor dining. Nearby you will also find the barbecue area. Adjacent to the terrace area there is a raised patio with plenty of sunbathing furniture for you to enjoy the Cypriot sun. To cool down, here you find the 4.5m x 10.5m infinity pool with walk-in steps. An external stairs case will lead the way down to the lawn area, only a few steps away is the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Adjacent to the entrance you will find a parking area for up to 3 cars. A wedding surcharge of €350 is payable in advance and a refundable security deposit is payable together with the balance payment of €500 to cover any damages or breakages at the property.
