Beautiful and sunny structure obtained from an old rural annex, in the countryside surrounding the village of Capalbio. It can accommodate up to 8 people, and is perfectly renovated. Private garden and parking, air conditioning, wi-fi internet. The novelty of this year is a beautiful barbecue area, for moments of conviviality and relaxation with two brick stations, for the most abundant grills and a long table under a beautiful pergola to spend time with friends or family. The space This cheerful, sunny independent apartment is one of the two parts that make up a semi-detached villa obtained from the renovation of an old agricultural annex. Upon entering, you will find yourself in a living room with an American-style kitchen and a lounge (with a sofa/double bed) whose longest wall is occupied by an irreverent "enlargement" of Van Gogh's sunflowers (hence the name "sunflower"). Two double bedrooms, a small bedroom with a bunk bed, two bathrooms with shower, laundry room, fenced garden, patio with table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped: hob with 4 burners, oven, fridge with freezer. Color TV, air conditioning, free unlimited wi-fi internet connection. Upon request, a cot for babies (included in the price) and deckchairs. Private garden and pine forest, shaded parking (for two cars). And don't forget to use the new barbecue! Guest access The villa is completely independent, all areas and services are for the exclusive use of the guests who have booked it. No space must be shared with anybody else. Other things to note Check-in is possible at any time. Usually the apartments for holidays are ready for the new guests at 2 p.m., as the previous guests leave them at 10,30! In this case, we are talking about a villa, not an apartment, so we need more time to clean it….for this reason we ask our guests to arrive starting from 4,00 p.m. Anyway, we know that you are on holiday and we want to help you to spend your holiday in the best way: there are no problems in arriving at before. If the villa will be not ready you’ll can leave your luggage at the entrance and you’ll can go and visit our town, or you’ll can rest in the garden, going back to the villa at 4,00 p.m. leaving to us the time to clean it for you.
