Rural Stay Single Room

Single bed room (twin room also available on separate listing) in a comfortable bungalow in Abbeycwmhir. This is a quiet village in rural surroundings, conveniently located for walking the Glyndwrs Way, cycling, visiting the Elan Valley, Rhayader, Builth Wells, Llandrindod Wells or for exploring further afield. The space We have a single bedroom (twin room also available on separate listing ) available in our family home. The bathroom which has both a bath and shower is solely for guests use. At times, this may be a shared use. We are situated in close proximity of the Elan Valley in the Cambrian Mountains - offering a variety of stunning landscapes. Please note: You are not renting the whole house. We have one single room (twin by prior arrangement on separate listing) available in our home with your own, private (shared between the two rooms) bathroom. Communal living spaces will not be available for guest's use. Guest access Abbeycwmhir is a rural, secluded village without public transport. If arriving by car, there is plenty of parking space on the drive. Motorbikes can be parked securely undercover. Other things to note Continental breakfast is included if wanted. (Due to work commitments (Mon-Fri) only available until 8.30am) Hot drink making facility in the room. FREE Wi Fi is available. Our visitors can use our gardens, conservatory and outside space but are made aware that we have two boisterous but loveable labradoodles and a cat. Please be mindful when booking that our pets live in the house and our place may therefore not be suitable for everyone. Our property is strictly NO SMOKING throughout! Please also note: Due to work commitments, guests will not be able to stay at the property between 9am and 5:30pm. Little or no mobile signal in the vicinity.
