The space The family business of Therianos Villas is located in the southernmost island of the Ionian Islands, one of the most beautiful in Greece, the island of Zakynthos. The family are sensitive to environmental protection, organic farming, the preservation of cultural heritage and the promotion of local products, when they realized their vision they built 4 villas on their farm which is a certified organic farm.Certified by TUV HELLAS Member of TUV NORD Group. They are also members of eco Zakynthos, union Agritourism of Ionian islands and Greece. The traditional Therianos villas are situated in the center of the island. The Farm has a view and is very close to the mountain of Vrachionas,it is also close to the sea (just 5 minutes away), and that gives visitors the opportunity for many different activities. Just 500 metre from the villas you can explore by bike or on foot the village of Kallithea, with its impressive old olive groves, and old paths. The nearest sea with its beautiful child friendly sandy beaches is Alykes/Alykanas, with many water sports, boats trips to the shipwreck, blue caves, boat hire, wind-surfing. The Villas were built according to the traditional Zakynthian character, furnished with comfortable traditional furnishings, attention given to the last detail. Villa Agapi 65sq can accommodate 2-4 persons (there is possibility for extra bed). Main level: Living room furnished with couches, a dining table with chairs. Kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, a big fridge freezer, and is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances. Separate Bedroom with a 160cmx200 cm large bed. The bathrooms are spacious and clean, with bathtub and shower curtain, wash hand basin and shaver point Upper level: A staircase from the living room leads up to the comfortable bedroom equipped with air-conditioning, one double bed and one single bed. -Available amenities: coffee maker, safe box, Wi-Fi Internet connection, satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, hair dryer, air-conditioning (living room, kitchen and all bedrooms), oven, iron and ironing board, toaster, barbeque, play ground. All the villas have high security windows with shutters and mosquito blinds and copious amounts of hot water at all times. Outside of villa is a comfortably cool terrace, surrounded by flowers and trees and furnished with table and comfortable chairs each with adjustable high backs. There is private parking outside the door of villa. You can enjoy the barbeque area while your children play in the playground, and have your breakfast, lunch, or dinner by the beautiful traditional pergola in the old well. The family consists of Mama Toula ,Sia, Kalomira, Tassos , Dimitris and Anastasia and they personally care for the villas, and are at your disposal for anything you need.. The villas are the best choice for family holidays with children, quiet and romantic for couples and ideal for individuals. .The family is engaged in agriculture, and following traditional organic farming, produces excellent quality organic extra virgin olive oil, black raisins, and wine. They also invite guests to participate in the activities of the farm. Such as:- -The harvest of grapes in August -The picking of the grapes and pressing for wine production in September. -The special experience of picking the olives from October to January. On the farm Tassos and Dimitris grow organic vegetables, and we have domesticated animals- chickens, ducks, geese, peacocks and rabbits.
