Capetan Nikolas Boat House

In the quietest area of this fishing village there is a two storey boat house . On the 1st floor, the apartment of Captain Nicolas named from the initial owner, built with stone and natural materials. In a particular Cycladic architecture (cave house) , makes the visitor travel through time, experiencing an old time, simple way of life with all modern facilities by the sea. Due to the natural construction of the boat house the temperature is maintained in natural conditions. The space The house has an open plan living room with a double bed,when you wake up the first thing you see is the sea. Also there is a comfy convertible sofa bed with sea view. In addition the kitchen is also in the open plan space. Kitchenware, coffee maker, kettle, mini blender are provided. Moreover there is a cave bathroom (cycladic architecture)is carved into the volcanic soil of Milos . The visitor is surrounded by beautiful- multicolored boat houses called sirmata where the fishermen used to store their boats during the winter . You can start the day with a dip in the sea and then relax on the balcony on a comfy sofa overlooking the Aegean Sea. If visitors are more than 2 people there is the option of a second bedroom and second bathroom. In addition, the western location of the house surely gives generously the most beautiful sunset images. During the evening the sound of the waves travels the visitor through dreams full of unique images.
