Cosy Private Annexe

Cosy annexe close to the centre of Chipping Campden (15 minute walk) in the beautiful Cotswolds The property boasts a recently refurbished ground floor annexe attached to the owner’s house (Birch House) with it’s own private entrance and a reserved parking space on the front driveway. There’s also space to securely store your bicycles. The space The annexe is on the ground floor and comprises of an entrance lobby off which is a spacious double bedroom with seating area to relax and a small dining table to enjoy breakfast with views overlooking the garden and fields beyond. The entrance lobby also leads to the en-suite shower and toilet and the small connecting lobby to the main house were you will find a small fridge and toaster for your own personal use. Guest access Guests have a dedicated parking space on the driveway in front of the annexe main door. Though the town centre is only a 15 minute walk away, guests are welcome to use bicycles to explore the local area and these can be stored securely overnight. Other things to note - If required a basic breakfast can be provided consisting of : Fruit ; cereals ; yogurts ; toast or croissants and preserves. Please advise what you require 3 days ahead of your arrival. - Bicycle secure storage is available in the side shed. - Should an iron and ironing board be required this can be provided.
