Hi, I'm Adriano, I recently renovated my grandparents' house to make my nest in the mountains that I've always loved. Now my job took me to Treviso so I decide to open my house to those, like me, love or want to know the beautiful Dolomites. The space The apartment is spacious and comfortable with fine furnishings: parquet floor, ceiling with wooden beams and master bedroom furnished in style; consists of two bedrooms: one double and one with 3 beds plus a folding bed to be used in the main room for a total of 5-6 beds, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room kitchen with gas and electric oven plus a sofa-bed and TV set with satellite decoder. There are no stairs to enter and everything is arranged on one floor, there is also a private terrace where you can relax and admire the view Other things to note Rocca Pietore is a town famous for being included in the list of the most beautiful villages in Italy and is one of the longest in the Dolomites extending from the south of the Marmolada to the end of Alleghe from the right side of the lake. INTERESTING ACTIVITIES From the house you can leave for simple and medium excursions, while for experts there are the ferrate of Mount Civetta and the paths to reach the passable altitude, preferably with maps that can be purchased on site or digital. On the Marmolada massif there are the summer ski slopes accessible by cable car; up there you can admire breathtaking views. Along the road that arrives at the Marmolada obligatory stop are "the serrai di Sottoguda", a natural canyon that can be traveled by a little train in summer and a paradise for ice-climbers in winter. The nearby lake of Alleghe offers various activities: cycle-pedestrian walks along the lakefront, pedal boat and bike rental, beach with deckchairs, beach umbrellas, kiosk and games, sport fishing (ask the tourist office for the permit ) and occasional markets with local products. On the "Piani di Pezzè", above Alleghe, there is the adventure park for your children and in S. Tomaso there is a very exciting zip-line. Do not miss the various Dolomite passes: the Fedaia with a view of the Marmolada glacier, the lake and the dam; the Giau; the Falzarego with the exciting galleries of the 1st war or the Pordoi stage, often, of the mountain grand prix Italy.
