Quaint 2 bedroom bungalow with private access set within a large open garden. Ideally located within 5 minutes walk to the local shops, stunning countryside views and within 20 minutes walk to Rock beach. The perfect place for a great family holiday. The space Painsdale is a detached 2 bedroom bungalow built around 1930 set in its own spacious garden. The house is set well away from the road, behind another bungalow, and is accessed by a private drive over which we have a right of access which gives the location a quiet and secluded ambience. The bungalow has been refurbished and double glazed and provides the following accommodation:- Kitchen Diner : Fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, wood burner, pine table and six chairs. Living Room: With woodburner and 3 seater and 2 seater setees, Colour T.V. DVD player and aux connecting speaker and radio. Bedroom 1 : 2 single pine beds with pine slats, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table. Additional mattress also stored here. Bedroom 2:1 set of pine bunk beds (6’3” x 3’) with pine slats, 1 single bed with mattress, a chest of drawers and bedside table. Bathroom:W.C., basin, bath, shower, mirror, heated towel rail and fan. Lobby:Hanging space and first aid box. Shed/Utility Room:This houses a washing machine, tumble drier, and second fridge-freezer. It also provides a suitable location for drying wetsuits/other clothes. There are a collection of old wet suits and body boards available for use. Garage:Not available to tenants. Garden:A large garden surrounds the house on all sides and is mostly laid to lawn and hedged/fenced to provide a quiet relaxing atmosphere. A variety of chairs/loungers are available. Parking : Plenty of space for parking several cars off road. Hot Water : Electric immersion heater stored in the cupboard next to the woodburner and dining table. Check its set to Timed. If you run out of hot water then press 'boost' a couple of times and wait for a while. Heating: All rooms are fitted with new Rointe electric thermostatic heaters. Turn on/off at the wall as and when you need them and use +/- to set the temperature. Electricity: Included in the rent Kitchen: In addition to the equipment listed above a kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, cutlery, crockery, and basic kitchen utensils are provided. Guest access Only garage excluded from access. Other things to note TENANTS SHOULD BRING THEIR OWN SHEETS (SINGLE BEDS), PILLOWS SLIPS, DUVET COVERS, TOWELS, TEA TOWELS. Please note there is no gate on the entrance from the drive, so it's not secure for children and dogs.
