Comfortable apartment in the center of the hamlet of Bellamonte (a few minutes by car from the town of Predazzo) overlooking the Lagorai chain and the Pale di San Martino. The space Apartment in a semi-detached house, quiet area, surrounded by many green spaces with breathtaking views. It includes a large living area with a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, and 3 rooms, including a large double room, a double room with a bunk bed, and a single room. Possibility to add a cot for children up to 2 years old (€10.00 per night if the number of guests exceeds 3 people). Garden and a private outdoor parking space and possible storage for bicycles/skis. Spa entrance agreement with the hotel attached to the house. Breakfast and dinner service may be available (agreement suspended due to Covid19). Guest access The entire apartment Other things to note For guests of the apartment, we have more dedicated agreements, which you can request directly when booking. - The ski/bike rental under the house, if you need it, has an agreement with us and will give you a 10% discount. - The hotel attached to the apartment is also affiliated with us and if you like (service to be requested subject to availability of the property) you will be served breakfast €10 per person full buffet. Dinner €20 per person (drinks not included) And perhaps the most interesting thing (always upon prior request), €15 for full spa access. (€25 if you need a bathrobe, slippers and a cap). While the addition of the cot is subject to a surcharge of €5 per night. We remind you that the tourist tax of €1.00 per person is due on site for those over 14 years of age for a maximum of ten nights.
