Romantic country house villa with panoramic sea views! Our Villa Bianca is a 60 square meter holiday villa on a 1000 square meter property. It is located in Ferma, not far from Ierapetra, the southernmost city in Europe. The house was built on a hillside location and thus allows a fantastic panoramic view of the wonderfully wide Libyan Sea. Nestled in a garden full of magnificent flowers, you can wonderfully retreat or let children play. The space Villa Bianca, as the name suggests, is very bright, friendly and romantically furnished inside and out and still offers modern comforts, i.e. air-conditioned rooms and Wi-Fi. It has one bedroom, with bathroom, living area, kitchen and terrace on the upper floor and another room with bathroom on the lower floor, which is an ideal solution for teenagers. It is only about a 7-minute walk to the beach and cozy taverns with good Cretan cuisine and supermarkets are also located in Ferma. Other things to note Important information: We also charge an air conditioning fee of 8 euros/night. This has been required by law in Greece since 1.1.2024.
