Delightful Countryside Cabin with firepit

Reconnect with nature at this tranquil escape. Perfect for couples who enjoy a bit of camping luxury. The Cabin is situated in a quiet rural hamlet on the Mineral Tramway Cycle path that runs from Portreath to Devoran. We are 2 miles from the popular 'Blue Flag' beach at Porthtowan and 3 miles from Portreath, both lifeguarded, surfing beaches and offering access to the stunning South West Coast Path. The space The Cabin offers you a posh glamping experience and is the perfect bolthole for two. There is a super-comfy double bed, table and chairs, wardrobe, TV, fridge and of course microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a shower room with an electric shower, toilet and sink. Outside there is a kitchen area with sink, gas hob and BBQ. A dining table and chairs are provided for dining al fresco and a gorgeous granite fire pit perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. Guest access Parking is by the side of Lukes Cottage. Access to the Cabin is either via sloped walk from the field entrance or steps at the end of the owners driveway. There is a wheel barrow to help you transport your luggage or shopping. The Cabin is situated in our large 4.5 acre field, so you may catch sight of our dogs in the distance from time to time. We also have two very friendly but nosey ginger cats who may come and say hello! Other things to note There is only cold water via the sink taps. The shower is electric and is hot and powerful. There is a 2 ring gas hob, microwave and BBQ for cooking at the Cabin, there is no Oven. Please note the Cabin is in the beautiful cornish countryside. We are located: 1.8 miles from the main A30 2 miles from the nearest Supermarket (Aldi) 2.5 miles from the nearest town (Redruth) 3 miles from the nearest train station (Redruth) 2 miles from the closest beach (Porthtowan) There are taxis in our area operating from Redruth, Portreath and St Agnes. We recommend you visit us with your own transport as the area is quite hilly.
