Romantic chalet in the woods - with fireplace

This beautiful wooden chalet is situated on a vacation park near the famous National park The Hoge Veluwe. The cozy livingroom with high windows and fireplace make it a great space to relax, sit back and watch the playful squirles and birds in the garden, or simply enjoy a cup of tea. There are a few playing fields for children nearby, the magical forest is just a few steps out the door with great hiking/cycle paths and cities like Apeldoorn,Zuthpen,Deventer are just around the corner! The space The house is situated at a dead-ending street on a very quiet part of the park, so you will enjoy a nice and peaceful environment. We have very friendly neighbours but they like their quiteness too, especially after 10pm. Our beautiful house is perfect for couples or families who like to escape their busy lives for a bit and enjoy nature. We even created a Yoga/Massage/Meditation room for you to retreat and meet the silence. This room will be transferd into a bedroom when you come with 5 people. There are 3 bedrooms; One master bedroom we call 1001-nights with double bed. One childrens bedroom with half highsleeper with slide (1person bed). One Yoga room that we can transfer into a peaceful bedroom when needed (on request only) with a 1pers bed. In the livingroom we have a cozy fireplace. Please bring your own wood. We also have central heating :) The reception of the park is on the other side (Hoge Bergweg 16) where there is also a cafeteria, little grocery market, and swimming pool. At the side where the house is situated there is a lovely Italian restaurant called Sophia's (5min walk) opening Wednesday till Sunday from 3pm until 9pm. --> IMPORTANT NOTE! You are renting the house privetly from us, not through the park. So please for questions contact us, not the park!! We are happy to help you with anything you need :) <-- My partner Tonko and myself (Tessa) live for a few months per year here, and the other months we are traveling with our camper van. Therefore, we love to share and rent out the house to those who enjoy nature, and who appreciate a cozy place to feel home just like us. We purposely don't have a TV :) Therefore we offer you a fire place to sit and relax, pick a book from our shelves in the bedroom, or go for one of its many beautiful hiking trails around the area. Our place invites you to sit back, and press the pause button of daily life. Allowing yourself to sink down and enjoy the peace & quiet :) Guest access The whole cozy wooden chalet is Your home for the days you booked. Please take care of it like your own home so that we can keep this place as beautiful as it is and everybody can enjoy it! :) Please respect the peaceful silence, respect our neighbors, especially after 10pm. This house is not suitable or meant for parties. The swimming pool is situated at the other side of the park near the Hoge Bergweg 16. Its open every day and shared with other guests of the park. Open from 10 till 19 o'clock (Friday & Saturday till 21 o'clock) You can use the card of the entrance to enter the swimmingpool. Note! Except from public holidays the swimming pool is closed for other purposes on Monday from 16.30 till 17.30 o'clock & Friday from 16 till 17 o'clock. Other things to note * Please honor the peaceful silence at the park, and respect the neighbors, especially after 10 pm. This house is not suitable or meant for your party's. * We most welcome guests from all ages. We have two little onse ourselves (2&4) and love to share our a babybed, 1 babychair, 1 TripTrap chair, toys & books (on request only) Ofcourse if anything breaks we ask you to replace it. * There is a washing machine in the bathroom. Please bring your own (eco-friendly) soap and press always the ECO option on the washing machine before you press start. * There is a fire place for you to use (Bring your own wood) Please leave the central heating on max 19 degrees, and put it back down to 14 in the night and when you leave the house. * Please watch out with the curtains near the fireplace!!! do not close the curtains when the fireplace is till hot! * The shed outside and the second floor are private area. Please honor our privacy.
