Our villa is located in Dalyan, one of the most beautiful places in our country with its pristine nature, clean sea and historical texture. We welcome those who are overwhelmed by traffic, work stress and crowds, and who want to relax and find peace in nature all year round. Our villa has 4 bedrooms and a total accommodation capacity of 8 people. The space LIVING ROOM; Our tastefully designed villa also has a sofa set, TV, coffee table, air conditioning, wi-fi for internet access and an exit to the pool terrace. The kitchen is designed in the American kitchen style, there is a dining table and chairs, dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, built-in 4-burner stove and asprator, tea maker, plates, pots, kitchen utensils, etc. BEDROOMS: 1st Bedroom: Two single beds, dresser, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom/toilet. ( Downstairs) 2nd Bedroom: Double bed, dresser, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom/toilet. 3rd Bedroom: Two single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom/toilet. 4th Bedroom: Double bed, dresser, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom/toilet. A security deposit of 4,500 TL will be taken during check-in to the villa. If there is no damage after checking the villa exit, the deposit is refunded. POOL; Our villa has a private detached pool for you and there is a pool for your children. Garden and pool maintenance cleaning is done once a day in the morning or evening. Pool dimensions are 8mt- 5mt. Depth is 1.50. There is a GARDEN, a swimming pool in the garden, a garden table and chairs, a sunbeds, fruit trees, a barbecue. Other things to note Damage Deposit: A temporary deposit of 2500 TL is collected at the beginning of the reservation for possible damages to the villa and its contents during the rental period. In the inspection to be made before leaving the house, if there is no damage, missing, loss, etc. in the fixtures and items of the house that was delivered in good condition, the deposit will be returned.
