The interior consists of an entrance that separates the living area from the sleeping area. In the sleeping area there are two large bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed (on request a cot with sides and a high chair for small children), a wardrobe for hanging clothes. Bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, soap, and hairdryer. In the living area, the dining room with table, chairs (maximum 6 people), TV and sofa. The kitchen has a hob with gas stoves, fridge with small freezer, small electric oven to heat the brioches, kettle, toaster, espresso machine (excluding pods) or moka pot. From the kitchen you can access the terrace with a table and benches for breakfast or outdoor dining. The large private, enclosed and tiled courtyard reserved for our guests is accessed by descending three steps. There is also a gazebo with a table and armchairs where you can read a good book or have a little relaxation after a day spent by the sea or visiting the nearby cities of art: Pisa with the famous Leaning Tower, Florence, Lucca and Siena. There are restaurants, bars, supermarkets nearby. You can take walks along the promenade that in the evening becomes pedestrian or in the nearby pine forest, there is also a cycle path that goes as far as Pisa or Tirrenia Guest access The entire apartment is for guests' exclusive use, including the courtyard. To access it, you have to climb three steps. Parking in front of the apartment is free. Other things to note In front of the apartment, parking is FREE, but in some areas of Marina di Pisa from June 1 to September 15, the Municipality has ordered the payment of 6 euros from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on weekends also from 8:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. and it would be appreciated if you could inform us of your arrival time. The accommodation tax is €2.50 per person for five nights and is collected by Airbnb at the time of booking and paid to the Municipality of Pisa.
