Beautiful living near Schönbrunn

We have a cosy room for you in the 12th district of Vienna, near Schönbrunn Palace and Hetzendorf Palace. It takes circa 15 minutes to get to Schönnbrunn Palace and circa 5 minutes to Hetzendorf Palace on foot. These are two very good reasons to stay our place. The space After spending your whole day in the city, you might need a place where you can relax. This comfortable room gives you the chance to refresh yourself. There is an electric double-bed in it, so you can fill yourself up for the next day. And if it is not enough there is a multifunctional shower cabin - with massage function and speakers – in the bathroom . We have a gift for you: it is our Welcome Pack with toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush, shower gel, body lotion etc.)in it. There is a towel, hair dryer and slippers for our guests. It is important for you to know that the bathroom is shared with another room.You can keep your valuables in a locker that stands next to the bed. Of course, you can lock your door, too. Guest access You will have a well-equipped built-in kitchen with a view to our garden full of trees. The kitchen has an electric cooker, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and all the things you might need. The kitchen is also shared. A light and spacious, shared living room belongs to the 1st floor, with a big sofa and a dining-table. There is one more room you might need during your days in our house. There is a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. During your stay If you need something, just come down to us and we will help you. Other things to note There 3 supermarkets near to our place: Spar, Billa and Bipa. If you travel by car, you can park your car in our garden.
