**We ask for a picture of your Government ID upon booking. **We only rent to guests with at least 2 reviews and a 5 star rating. **It is a small 187 sq/ft studio room sectioned in 3 areas. Enjoy having a whole studio room to yourselves with a side entrance to come and go as you please. Has a Private bathroom with towels, hair dryer, ironing board and computer desk to make this quiet retreat a place of rejuvenation. Booking dates are final, we do not accept alterations for early check outs. The space Best location to Stay in LA: Welcome to your Cozy Moroccan Garden View studio in Urban Los Angeles which is a non-smoking and has its own private entrance in back of our main house. For convenience, your room comes with a Queen bed, bedside lamp, a closet, a heater, ceiling fan, computer desk, Mid-size refrigerator, microwave and dining area with a small table and 2 chairs. Parking will be assigned on driveway if it is available, if not you will need to park on street. We can not guarantee driveway parking. Please ask about availability before booking. WiFi is included at no extra charge. (Linens and towels are also provided for you.) Your private small 187 sq/ft studio room is located away from main house with access to backyard on a quiet cul de sac in a nice quiet neighborhood. This room is sectioned into 3 spaces: Bedroom, Bathroom and kitchenette/closet area. So please do not expect a big bedroom area. Guest access There is no access to main house or other parts of property besides backyard and your own private studio room. There is also no access to our mailbox or mailing address. Other things to note ->Booking dates are final, we do not accept alterations for early check outs. -->We can only consider reservation requests from guests with prior reviews. -->We require you to agree to a post-booking ID verification. A picture of your government-issued ID must be sent via the Airbnb app chat thread immediately after your reservation is confirmed. -->For the security and safety of all residents, and as part of our local safety compliance procedure, we require the primary guest's real contact number in addition to the Airbnb communication channels. This is necessary only in the event of an on-site emergency where immediate, direct communication is required. --> If you park on street make sure you pay attention to street sweeper signs to avoid getting a ticket. We suggest that you stop in at the grocery store and stock up on your favorite items on your way to our house. ~ Super Walmart Store is also a 5 minute driving distance away. ~ Citadel Outlet Mall - Located less than 6 miles away is one of the best Outlet Shopping Malls, "The Citadel" for the best deals and shopping experience around. There is also easy access by bus 10 mins from our house as well. ~ Commerce Casino - 4 miles away to the world famous Commerce Casino, best known for its poker tournaments. The Bicycle Casino and Hawaiian Gardens Casino are also less than 10-15 miles away. A veritable poker player's paradise!
