The house is in the heart of a medieval village between vineyards and the banks of the Garonne, 25 km from Bordeaux and 35 km from Saint-Emilion. The space Please note that this house has seen my children grow up. I put a lot of heart and especially a lot of energy into restoring it, and I continue to maintain it as best I can. When you enter my house, you should be seduced by the charm of the old, you will discover my decoration, my photos... I bet you will take care of my house as if it were your own and that you will enjoy this place. Guest access Room layout: - 1 bedroom with TV on the ground floor, 16 m2, connecting to 1 shower room/toilet. - 2 bedrooms with TV (18 m2 and 25 m2) on the 1st floor with 1 shower room/toilet on the same landing. The largest bedroom can accommodate 2 extra beds (with surcharge). - 1 master suite (with extra charge) with TV on the 1st floor (20 m2) with bathroom and toilet. Possibility of adding an extra bed (with surcharge). - 2 bedrooms with TV (14 m2 and 17 m2) on the 2nd floor with 1 bathroom and separate toilet on the same landing. The largest bedroom can accommodate 1 extra bed (extra charge). All bedrooms are lockable. Free baby crib on request. Although the kitchen is a private space, you can go there to get fresh water from the refrigerator. Glasses are available in the bedrooms. - Possibility to use the kitchen to prepare and eat your meals if you book at least 3 nights and under certain conditions. Contact me for more information. Nearby there is also a pizzeria and a semi-gourmet restaurant. You will find a supermarket with an electric charging station 3 km away. 5 km away, you can discover the bastide of Cadillac sur Garonne and its Château du Duc d'Epernon.
