"Locjean" house near the sea

Locjean is an old traditional house completely renovated on 2 levels. It is very bright and opens onto a large terrace surrounded by greenery. Parking is available right in front of the house. It is located in a quiet area, in a preserved area and close to the beaches. The small sea of Gâvres and its coastal trails are 1 km from the rental. Shops, restaurants nearby (pizzeria, bakery and organic supermarket 700 m away). The space On the ground floor, you will find the equipped kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom, a dining area, a lounge area, a large private terrace. Upstairs, a mezzanine area with 2 single beds (90 x 190) and a bedroom with a double bed (190 x 140) that can accommodate a baby bed. On request, we provide young parents with a baby bed with mattress, high chair and small bathtub free of charge. Private terrace and garden. Access to a large lawn area with swing, picnic table. Guest access You will occupy the entire accommodation and terrace. You will have a private lawn garden. You'll also have access to the field with swing and ping-pong table and to the shared laundry room for several rentals. Other things to note Guests and people not included in the reservation are not accepted day or night. In other words, it is not possible to have friends or family in the property and accommodation. For added comfort, you can ask before you check in: Linen option: 5 euros per bed/stay (bed made) Two towels per person are available. Extra towels (5 euros) upon request. These services will be paid on site. We want to make our guests aware of energy consumption: 5 euro of Edf per day are included in the Airbnb rate (average observed) In case of excess consumption, a readjustment will be requested from the traveler. We provide young parents with a baby bed with mattress, a high chair and a small bathtub. In order to offer you the best rates, we do not systematically charge a cleaning fee at the time of booking. It is therefore your responsibility to return the accommodation to the clean condition found on arrival (floor, sanitary facilities, kitchen and bathroom...) If you prefer to opt for the cleaning option (45 euros), please let me know. The option will be paid on site. The house is not suitable for animals. The accommodation is non-smoking but you can smoke on the terrace or take the hiking trail that passes nearby... Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay better.
