The Villa is located in the beautiful countryside of Maruggio (Ta) and the beach of Campomarino is just 1.5 km away. The house is spacious and comfortable: 2 double bedrooms, a double sofa bed. A third bedroom is available in the trullo adjacent to the main house (independent entrance). The trullo is made available upon express request. The kitchen is equipped with every utensil and its location makes it possible to use the adjacent outdoor veranda. The space The house is surrounded by land that extends for about 10,000 square meters with fruit trees typical of the area. A vineyard extends over the space in front. The large veranda that surrounds the house allows you to stay outside and enjoy the landscape around while remaining in the shade on a comfortable deck chair. Guest access Guests will have access to all the spaces of the Villa. Other things to note It will be interesting to visit other towns in Puglia: Martina Franca (in the province of Taranto), Ostuni and Mesagne (in the province of Brindisi).
