Our cozy 70 sqm apartment has everything your heart desires. It is located in the south of Leipzig, in the colorful and bustling Connewitz. For the adventurous, there is a wide variety of bars, small shops and restaurants. The apartment also offers enough peace and quiet to relax and the nearby Auewald and Lake Cospudener invite you to take a walk. The space Our quiet and bright apartment has three rooms – two bedrooms with double beds and a spacious living/dining room with a sofa bed. There is also a small but nice kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Wi-Fi is available. Guest access If you arrive by car, there are many parking spaces in Zwenkauer Straße, so that you can usually park your car close by without any problems in the evening. Otherwise, two tram stops are only 4 minutes away. Tram lines 11, 9 and 10 run from the main train station to Connewitz and alternatively you can also take the S-Bahn, which takes you to the city center, the trade fair or the airport.
