Out In The Country

Guest apartment is separated from the main residence by a large garage.Parking is next to the apartment entrance.The location is 5 minutes from Dayton, 35 minutes to Houston, 10 minutes to Mont Belvieu, 15 minutes to Baytown.There is an outside seating area under the beautiful oak tree .The calm setting of trees mixed with the sounds of nature and the comfort of the apartment will make you a fan of Out In The Country. The space Any window you look out of in the apartment gives you nature in full glory. Beautiful shade trees, horses grazing in the pasture, and assorted blooms from time to time. The kitchen is a fully operating kitchen with full size, new appliances. Pots, pans, dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, coffee maker, silverware are provided. Smoking is allowed outside. Other things to note This is not an ADA compliant space. There is one king size bed and also a very comfortable sectional for sleeping. Please book with accurate numbers of folks staying overnight. The listing price is for one guest; each additional guest is $15 per person per night.
