With an area of 160 m2, it is a former café dating from 1910, all in a very beautiful property, the neighborhood is very quiet. Pontailler sur Saône is located on the banks of the Saône, many services: (doctors, supermarket, bakery, butcher, restaurant, pizzeria, post office, a beach for swimming, fishing, hiking. 30 km from Dijon, Dole and 12 km from Auxonne. We rent a boat with an engine for fishing. The space This refurbished former café is in a residential area. It has a very bright and spacious interior. The large living room with fireplace invites you to relax. A beautiful connected desk allows for quiet work. Wi-Fi (free) is available for your use. Two large bedrooms with a double bed, one with an extra bed for a child (on request). A third bedroom with 3 single beds, children's games. A crib with new bedding, duvet available. Beds are made upon arrival. An equipped kitchen, with microwave, large fridge-freezer, electric oven, ceramic cooktop, A washing machine but NO DISHWASHER! A kettle, filter coffee machine and Senseo, tea towels and cleaning products, dishes in generous quantities. Bathroom with walk-in shower, towels provided. Indoor and outdoor parking. The cottage is located in a large fenced property of 3500 m2 with a French garden. (The very discreet owner lives in the house next door). - Large covered terrace at the rear of the cottage with a large table, (shared space) A 4-seater jacuzzi in a covered outdoor area, maintenance is rigorous and regular, so booking is required at least 48 hours in advance. It is forbidden for children without the constant supervision of an adult. The cottage is in a residential area, so silence must be respected outdoors after 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors. (extra charge of 40 euro per day) CAUTION: THE JACUZZI IS IN OFF MODE DURING THE WINTER PERIOD. (November, December, January to April) A traditional barbecue is at your disposal. Our animal friends are welcome but are not allowed on beds or sofas. We ask that you do not let them roam the property unattended and to pick up their excrement. (10 euros/day/animal) A gas station, convenience store and washing and drying machines are less than 300 meters from the cottage! You can charge your electric vehicle on the property (for an extra 10 euro). Guest access In order to organize your check-in, we need to arrange a meeting time with you. We cannot manage check-ins that are not at a fixed time. If you wish to leave later, it will be based on the arrival of another guest after you. You will need to contact us as soon as you book to request it. We will do our best to accommodate you... to the extent possible. (a supplement may be requested) Other things to note the living room is in the shabby style (white is predominant), so smoking is prohibited inside. ⛔️ (ashtrays are available outside, please empty and clean them when you leave). There is no cleaning fee, as we rely on you to make the cottage clean (washed dishes, tidy, surfaces and sanitary facilities disinfected, garbage cans and ashtrays emptied and cleaned. IN CASE OF ABUSE, CLEANING WILL UNFORTUNATELY BE CHARGED AT 50 euros. You have a "troubleshooting" cupboard at your disposal for your late arrivals, (we look to you to replenish or pay for your expenses). The cottage MUST be vacated by 10:00 a.m. in order to prepare it for the next guests. For our fishing friends, we have a fishing boat (funyak) with a 6 hp engine to be able to fish in the best corners of the Saône, and have a family picnic. Make sure you have a hitch for the boat trailer (on reservation 72 hours in advance, extra charge of 40 euros per day).
