A stone's throw from the center, very close to the station and public transport, in a quiet and peaceful area. Your pets are welcome. Suitable for couples, families with children, and nature lovers. A small garden of aromatic plants with an orchard, two affectionate kittens and two nice hens will welcome you in a space outside the chaos of the city while being in its full center. You will have the opportunity to have lunch in the shade of a strawberry grape pergola and, if you are lucky and visit our house in September, even taste it. You can have a delicious barbecue and then rest on the hammock or under the fig tree enjoying the scent of aromatic herbs. During the summer, a very small swimming pool can brighten up the afternoons of your young children. Inside, the environment is really special. Soft colors, period floors and fixtures and eclectic furnishings. An equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with a large memory foam mattress and a spacious living room that, if necessary, can be transformed into a bedroom for three people. For your babies, you will have a cot, a high chair and a changing mat available upon request. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment on the mezzanine floor, the garden, the pergola with hammock and barbecue. Possibility of private parking, not guarded 24 hours a day, in the private access road to the house. Bike or motorcycle parking is available inside the courtyard. Other things to note The kitchen is complete with a small oven, microwave, coffee machine, pots, plates, glasses and tablecloths. Everything you need to cook.
