In the heart of the Loire Valley, 80 m² cottage, 4 people. Possibiliy of 7 more beds in an other cottage in the same property. Fully restored in 2018. Independent building. Ground floor: independent entrance with double exposure, a toilet and direct access to the private garden. First floor: living room, dining room of 40 m², a sofa fireplace, fitted kitchen, a large bedroom, a second bedroom, a bathroom with WC. Cottage located in the park of a pretty 18th century residence, totally quiet. The space Equipment : Dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, electric heating. Sheets, towels and household linen provided - bed made. Baby equipment (cot, high chair) possible on request. Activities and entertainment in the surroundings: Near the A10 and A85 motorways. Loire castle: Le Séchoir is in the heart of the Valley of the Kings. The castle of Villandry and its gardens is about 7 km away, the castle of Azay le Rideau and its moats at 10 km away, the very sensitive castle of Chenonceau, the royal castle of Amboise at 30 minutes away, Chambord and Cheverny: about 1 hour......... to name only a few. Sports: The Golf de Touraine is on the other side of the village. The NECA equestrian centre at 700 m, just next to the sports centre of Les Carnaux. The cycle paths of La Loire à Vélo are just below the tuffaut hillside. Lac des Bretonnières offers water sports and fishing activities. The acrobranch....is at 10 minutes away. At 7km away in Savonnières, you can discover the magic of the petrifying caves, a trip by traditional Loire boat, swimming on the Cher dam.
