The apartment includes its own private parking space in the secure underground garage, accessible directly from the Paseo. The partially open kitchen is fully equipped with modern units, a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, and filtered water tap, so there’s no need to carry bottled water from the supermarket. A separate utility room houses a washing machine, microwave, freezer, and water heater. The bedroom offers a king-size bed (203 cm x 193 cm), ample wardrobe and drawer space, air conditioning, and an ensuite shower room with WC, hand basin, and bidet. There is also a second, recently renovated shower room with WC and hand basin. Both bathrooms feature electric towel rails for convenient drying. We welcome families, couples, and mature groups aged 28 and above.The primary guest must be at least 28 years old, and all guests must agree to our strict no-party, no-event, and no-unauthorized guest policy. Please note that all arrivals to the designated meeting point after 8.00pm are subject to a 25€ charge and a 50€ charge for arrivals after 10.00pm but before midnight. Any arrivals after midnight, with prior arrangement, can collect keys from a designated key safe at our office and be provided with instructions for entry to the property, providing the full balance of the holiday and security bond have been paid in advance. Arrivals after midnight that require a meet and greet will be subject to a 75€ charge.
