Entire Cottage on a Private Estate

No more than 2 Please note- we can sleep 6, but the cottage probably best suits either 4 people or 4 adults and 2 children 4 Home Farm South is a pretty 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage located on the private Rousdon Estate near Lyme Regis. There are wonderful woodland walks and access to the Southwest Coast Path and a ‘Secret’ private beach! The ground floor is open plan with double doors opening onto a walled and gated south facing patio and lawn with table, chairs and parasol. The space The cottage has been recently renovated,and is open plan on the ground floor, with a fully equipped kitchen complete with a range of units, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is a dining table and chairs, with a spiral staircase leading to the first floor and two of the bedrooms and a bathroom. For the safety of children there is a stair gate at the top of the stairs. The cosy living space comprises two sofas with throws and cushions and a wood burning stove. There is also a built in cupboard housing guidebooks and wine glasses. There is, of course, WiFi . The large master bedroom with king sized bed and en suite shower room is on the ground floor, and upstairs there is another double bedroom also with a king sized bed, and a twin room. There is a “Jack and Jill” bathroom off the twin room, with a claw foot bath. Guest access The garden and patio are south facing. There is a garden table, 6 chairs and parasol, There is also an outdoor storage cupboard.
