It consists of a spacious living-dining room with sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom & fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful garden and large terraces for sunbathing, pool and covered porch with BBQ & a bar for entertainment. Enjoy the best views of the Mediterranean Sea, the Marina del Este port and the Costa Tropical. Guest access Immense and fabulous garden with grass, tropical palm trees and other trees and plants. Large swimming pool available all year round. Next to it there is a large covered outdoor dining area with barbecue and bar. Solarium with sun loungers and parasols where you can sunbathe and get a tan, enjoying the tranquility and splendid views of the sea, the mountains, the Marina del Este port and the Costa Tropical. These common areas can be shared by a maximum of one to four people. Other things to note Check-in time is generally from 4:00 p.m onwards. However, if this could be before, we would let the guest know. The washing machine has an additional cost of €5 to be paid in cash at the accommodation in case you want to use it.
