Heart of the village, peaceful and mosquito-free!

I live in this studio, so you will sleep at my place in my absence:) So, even for 1 night, the "listing description" part must be read before your booking request 🙏 The space Excluding holidays and school holidays, rates are: - 25€/day (4 nights minimum, excluding we) - €35/day (if 1 or 2 nights) - €30/day (if 3 nights) My studio is not an "IKEA" studio for rent only ⚠️ I live in this studio, so you may not like the very personal layout: there are house and also some flaws (all mentioned below). Despite its flaws, it's a soothing and refreshing place. 25m², East exposure, elevated ground floor. Some photos are out of date. Sleeping arrangements: - Recent but soft Bultex mattress. A little wider than the box spring so avoid sitting heavily on the edge at the risk of rocking;-) - You have the green dresser that I emptied entirely for you. - Sensitive to the environment, I have not installed air conditioning. No one has complained about the heat so far as the house is made of stone (50cm thick wall) and in a narrow alley. - Big advantage compared to the whole region, it remains a mystery but mosquitoes don't come to my place (or if they do, they're lost) - Conclusion: natural insulation + peaceful village + no mosquito = I sleep there with the window open (summer and winter). Bedding: - I no longer provide sheets and towels but I can rent them (€10 for the duration of the stay). So please bring: 140 cover sheet + flat sheet (to be put under a large duvet 220). - I provide the duvet, a bolster with its case, two pillows with their case, blankets if needed. - Both pillows are rectangular, thick and firm. If you prefer softer ones, please do not hesitate to ask! The shower room: - Being very narrow, I replaced the door with a curtain. Besides, if you are a heavy person, I would advise you not to book. - Do not use my washing machine (A former guest has caused water damage of which there are still some stigmata, like the detachment of a few tiles but do not be afraid, they hold). Cumulus: - Top: forced operation - in the middle: stop - downstairs: quiet hours The dining area: - The table can do the workspace (a power strip on the side). - The wifi is shared with the one above (not very fast). - The two white dressers as well as the large white furniture contain my personal belongings. The kitchenette: A real stove for those who like to cook - Filter coffee maker - Small tagine dish. Two buttons are reversed. - I do the dishes with Marseille soap (provided) because what comes out of the sink ends in the Mediterranean, the most fragile and polluted sea in the world. This soap washes dishes very well, however you are free to bring your dish soap. - As a reminder if needed, my pans and pans do not recur;-) IMPORTANT POINTS ▪！ No smoking indoors --> a balcony for smokers ▪！ Extra guest fee helps set a fairer price for the lone guest. ▪！ Loving pets a lot, I accept yours, but check not to leave ANY hair on your departure. ▪！ I leave it to you to pay the cleaning fee or do it yourself (in this case see "Other information to note"). If you want to pay them, they vary depending on the number of nights so are not included in the original price of the reservation: €15 for 1 night, €20 for 2 nights and €30 beyond. So please indicate, in your reservation request: 1/ if you will have your own sheets or not 2/ if you are driving.e or not 3/ if you wish to do the cleaning or not 4/ the magical word "Chichounet" In the absence of these answers in your reservation request, will be applied in addition to cleaning fees and linens via the resolution center and to be paid before your arrival. Other things to note - Check-in and check-out times will depend on the schedule of the person who will welcome you, but always within the defined time slot. These hours will therefore be in agreement with both parties. - I no longer accept reservations for others. - The cleaning fee depends on the season and the number of nights. - Check-out instructions: 1/ For guests who have not paid the cleaning fee • Gas stove • Kitchen trash can (outside/inside) Fridge (outside/inside) • Microwave (outside/inside) • Coffee maker (exterior/interior) • Kitchen cupboards (outside/inside) • Windows • Dust on all surfaces • Mirrors • Shower • Toilet • Floor • All while whistling cheerfully 2/ For guests who have paid the cleaning fee • Close the gas cylinder • Only if you have caused soiling in the microwave (inside/outside), coffee maker, stove or fridge, please clean it • Remove rented sheets • Remove hair from the shower drain • Disconnect the studio • Open the fridge door • Close the French window • Take out your trash (a container is in the alley) • All while whistling cheerfully. PS: This list also makes you aware of the value of cleaning fees and labor 👾 We don't check out ourselves because we trust guests. Please send a video of the studio upon departure 🧡
