If you are interested in climbing, hiking, the Sierra de Montsant natural park, relaxing, discovering the culture of oil, discovering wine places, modern and centuries-old wineries or pure nature, Margalef is your place. You'll love the Cal Eugenio apartments and the good people of Margalef. We have 3 newly built apartments for 4 people and a loft where you will feel at home. The space These apartments have been designed as a relaxing space for a group of friends, family and climbers. We currently have 3 ready to be occupied and they have all the facilities of an apartment located in the middle of the village as it is a new construction. Barranc  dels  Peligs  . 75 m2 , 2 bedrooms ( two single beds and one double bed) , bathroom and toilet , living-dining room. Large and fully furnished kitchen. Ideal for four people. Extra bed option for child and/or baby. with fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning, it has different areas: an exquisite, perfectly equipped, American-style kitchen, a bright living room, a bedroom area with a double bed and a spacious bathroom. The modern kitchen has all the necessary appliances to cook as if you were at home: ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and full kitchenware (cutlery, crockery, cups, pans, pots, etc.) The living room area has a comfortable sofa, a TV. The bedroom area has a comfortable double bed of 150cm x 200cm and a large closet with hangers. The bathroom has a large rain shower and all the products you may need during your stay: hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer and, of course, towels. Guest access You will have access to and use of all spaces in the apartment, however we close a room in case it is not used (if you book 1 person or 2 people sleeping together) (Only the same number of people listed on the reservation can be in the apartment) These apartments only have a community staircase and the elevator is broken. You can enjoy all the facilities you will find in my apartment, as you can see in the photos. The entire apartment has an Internet connection through high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber optic). The apartment has heating for winter and air conditioning for summer. Bed linen and towels are included You'll also find items you might need, such as: - Hairdryer. -Iron and Ironing Board. -Hand soap. -Shampoo, body wash. - Washing machine. -TV. -Heater. - Air Conditioning. -24/7 support. -Wi-Fi The idea is to make you feel at home, so always respect the rest of the neighbors and respect the home. You can make yourself at home! If you need anything, please let me know during your stay. Other things to note Heads up! Check-in available after 3:00 PM. If you arrive before 3:00 pm, we can try to plan an early check-in after 12:00 pm whenever possible. Check-out is at 10:00 am, when the cleaning staff will arrive. Leave the keys according to the instructions (be careful NEVER leave the keys inside the door). We are a legal Airbnb, which is why all our guests must provide their ID or passport in order to comply with legal requirements. In Margalef there is a fairly complete store, but you may not find those "little things" that you like to have at home, so we recommend that you come prepared.
