Our space offers WiFi, a brand new kitchen with modern appliances, boho and local art decor, barn doors, designer bathroom finishes, back patio with washer/dryer and views, outdoor deck with BBQ, market lights, patio seating, and more! Walking distance to the Logan Ave. with hip coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, and street festivals, and a short bike ride or Uber to Coronado beaches, the marina, and downtown! Our home is beautiful decorated with boho-modern eclectic furnishings and local art. We have flat screen TVs in the living room and bedrooms with Rokus/Hulu/Netflix. Both bathrooms have large walk-in tiled showers and the guest bathroom has a bidet. We have a Nuna Aire pack-and-play for babies/toddlers and games and toys for kids and adults on site. If you need anything else for your littles ones (i.e. stroller, highchair, etc.) I am happy to provide that upon request. The patio has a teak table with benches and chairs for 5, perfect for eating outdoors or relaxing in the San Diego sun. The back deck has a washer and dryer for guests and beautiful views of the sunset and downtown skyline. Enjoy our record player and provided board games! Your pet will enjoy our side yard dog run with a potty patch and room to roam! Please note we are pet-friendly listing :) Please note we have a 2 pet limit and pets MUST be added to the booking. Street parking is ample in front and on the side of the house. Please be respectful of neighbors an try to park in front of our house only or across the street by the school. We LOVE our neighborhood and neighbors and own a business in Logan Heights, so we are always nearby if and when needed. We do offer self check-in and our fully-fenced property provides guests with privacy. Logan Heights/Barrio Logan is one of San Diego's hippest neighborhoods with amazing breweries, restaurants, art, and culture. Our home is a 4 minute walk to Logan Avenue with coffee shops, boutiques, street festivals, and more. We are a 3 minute drive to the heart of downtown San Diego, Gaslamp, and Petco Park or a short bike/scooter ride! 10 minutes to balboa park and the San Diego Zoo. Coronado beaches are a 10 minute drive over the bridge. The Airport is only 7 minutes away! Our neighborhood is very walkable and many points of interest can be accessed by bike or scooter. We are also walking distance to the red trolley that connects to the old town train station with the coaster and surfliner that will take you up the coast. We are in an urban neighborhood and as such we recommend locking your car and removing all valuables from your vehicle. We have never had an issue, but better safe than sorry! If you fail to report your pets, we will charge an additional $125 cleaning fee and report it to Airbnb, so thanks for being honest and working with us on this!
