Our 180sqm town twin house has a typical local architecture, with wooden floor and some original stained-glass windows. We like to mix vintage and modern items, which give a cosy atmosphere to the whole house. Important: This house is our daily residence, please respect it. It’s a non-smoking place and animals are not allowed because of allergies. Please circulate inside barefoot and respect the neighbors (no loud noise and no innapropriate parking). GROUND FLOOR: - The entrance hall, renovated in 2016, is decorated with genuine cement tiles. - The living room is a 50sqm wooden massive floor big space, divided into three areas to allow each family member to rest, to play/eat/work or to watch TV (Netflix) without bothering each other. Big table for 15 people. We have a piano, which you can play with if you treat them well. - The kitchen is small but fully equipped: fridge, oven, microwave, dish machine as well as Nesspresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Raclette machine and gaufrier available on demand. If weather allows, you can take a coffee in the adjacent veranda. FIRST FLOOR: 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. - Garden view : The parental room and the kid room. Street view : The guest blue room, with its double bed. - the bathroom is equipped with toilets and an Italian shower. - Bed linen, towels and hairdryer provided 2nd FLOOR: 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. - One room has a double bed and one is equipped with a single bed. - The bathroom was entirely created in 2015, equipped with toilets and Italian shower. - Bed linen, towels and hairdryer provided BABIES & KIDS – All kids less than 3 years old must be announced in advance for organizational reasons. Baby beds (two) and baby chair (one) must be requested in advance too. For security reasons, we don’t provide baby blankets. As we have only Italian showers, please feel free to come with a baby bathtub. GARDEN – 200sqm and south oriented. For fire and barbecue, please come with wood and coal. BASEMENT – garage, laundry room, heating system room. Laundry room: washing and drying machine, as well as ironing. For the sportive ones, we have an elliptical trainer there. PARKING - 2 park cars available in front of the garage. Guest access All house even if attic and cellar/garage have no great interest for guests.
