Complete with miniature appliances (fridge, microwave, 3in1 breakfast unit), a standard sized toilet and shower. Stocked with most everything you would need, dishes, induction plate, pots etc. Perfect for one. WiFi(can be weak at times ) This room is an extension of our family home and as such we are not a hotel. The space We are in a perfect location on a quiet street close to transit, 711, produce stores, Walmart, a small mall with lots of amenities, Winners,dollar stores, Tim hortons, Starbucks etc. There is the Massey Theatre within 10 mins. walking distance if you're looking for live performances. Easy transit to downtown Vancouver or even closer is Metropolis. A four-storey shopping mall complex in Metrotown, Burnaby. With over 450 shops and services,and Cineplex. It is the largest mall in British Columbia. Guest access Private entrance in a separate space not accessible to the home. A mini room with all the things you need. There's a flat sidewalk with a ramp to the door, no stairs. Good for those with minimal mobility issues. Other things to note Shower is low flow. We have one tiny dog that will come into the yard on occasion and bark recreationally.
