Elegant pied-a-terre in historic Olten

My place is close to public transport, it is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The space We have decided to share our beautiful Olten apartment, as we live in the US and just do not use it enough. It is located nestled under the roof above a 3 story book store, in the middle of Olten and only minutes from the train station. A glass elevator will take you up from the Kirchgasse to one of the two apartments. It has 2 floors, living room, kitchen / dining and bath are on the lower floor, a stair leads up to the bedroom with a queen sized bed and a spacious bunk bed. The kitchen offers cook top, refrigerator, microwave and a new Nespresso machine. The bath has a shower, there are 2 wash basins. Washer and dryer are in a separate room on the landing and are shared with the neighbor. The apartment is furnished with antiques from the family, with all original art and fully equipped for simple living. As it is our personal space, there are some locked cabinets, and personal items, but there is ample space to place a visitors belongings. Ideally we are looking for long term renters with whom we can enter a share arrangement. 2 supermarkets are close by (COOP and Migros) Guest access Access will be coordinated Other things to note This apartment is suitable for "quiet" use of 1 - 2 persons for an extended stay (2 month minimum) only. Monthly price of the entire apartment is SF 1450.- Sorry, can not accepts short time guests, but would consider part time users over an extended time, like several nights per week, etc. Price will be adjusted accordingly.
