In addition, there is the dinning room, bathroom, bar area and large new kitchen. We kept the original stove, but all other appliances are new. The porch has a dining table and chairs, and chaise lounges to enjoy the beautiful Bear Mountain views. The back patio has a new BBQ and the entire house is surrounded by tress and views. Guest access The entire house is available, except the Attic. Other things to note Our place includes board games, a bar for socializing and a huge patio with furniture to relax. We recently bought it and have put much love into making it our second home. It has new carpet throughout and new beds.
