The views are amazing in this region of Lavaux and from my terrace too! You will stay in a small quiet village, surrounded by nature, vineyards, forests, facing the mountains and Lake Geneva. The Lavaux region is protected and declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Only one private parking space on request on the day of your arrival. Public places nearby. The space It is composed of 5 bedrooms that all have different views: of the lake, the vineyards or the village. You can choose your room by referring to the listings and photos on the AIRBNB website. 1) TRAIN If you come by train, it is advisable to stop at CHEXBRES-VILLAGE station and walk down to my duplex. You can also go up to my duplex from RIVAZ station. 2) ATMOSPHERE The atmosphere in the duplex is serene. The village of Rivaz is quiet and picturesque. The region is unique, a marvel. The restaurants are of high quality and the lake is almost at your feet. 3) ACCOMMODATION You share the common areas with the other rooms and visitors staying in the duplex. IMPORTANT: In the building regulations, it is not allowed to cook in the kitchen and use the living room balcony after 10 p.m. At this time, noise can disturb neighbors and people sleeping on the balcony side and within the duplex. Use of showers no later than 10:30 p.m. for the same reasons. Thank you for your understanding. 4) PARKING Parking in public places is possible in the village if you have a disc (indicate the arrival time and departure time). There is a free PRIVATE space with no restriction of use available for visitors. You just have to ask me.
