We are approx. 4 miles from the track,Spac and downtown Saratoga. Come home to your peaceful lake setting when your done. We are onsite hosts but this suite is a totally private residence. This suite includes a large family room opening to a full dining area with double French doors to a beautiful large outdoor patio and gorgeous lake views. The first bedroom has a queen bed, nite stand, dresser,chair, closet and T.V. A small 2nd bedroom provides a twin bed (best suited for 1 adult or 1 child) a dresser and nite stand. This private guest suite is the entire lower level of our home and has recently been renovated. You have exclusive use of the beautiful stone patio, an outdoor dining table with 6 chairs, 2 lounge chairs and a gas fire pit with a comfortable seating area. An electric grill and large cooler are also provided for your convenience. the family rm has a 48' T.V. providing cable,netflix,hulu and HBO max We are onsite owners with a seperate dwelling upstairs. A/C is provided but is rarely needed as this space is usually cool and comfortable. Two fans are also provided. The dining area has a coffeemaker, small fridge, microwave,toaster, dishware and utensils. Perfect for making breakfast and lunches. A watercooler provides fresh Saratoga spring water for your convenience. A perfect spot to come home to after your busy days in Saratoga or exploring all there is to do in our local area. Shared parking for 2 cars in our parking area We are always available to our quests with questions,concerns or local recommendations and information regarding the area.
