LOV Iceland

This island is for campers with all their own equipment. There is a dock, a firepit, picnic table, a privy and a tent pad. If seclusion is what your after you will have the whole Island to yourself. Great fishing. It is suggested you have a canoe, even though its only a 10 min paddle from your parking spot. If you don't have a canoe, you can rent one of ours for an extra 50$ per day The space This is a bare Island and is all to yourself. This is an unserviced site. It is like back country camping. The Islands topography is very Hilly with large Rock Outcropping. There is fabulous view from the top where a railing has been placed. We caution there are some dangerous edges. Other things to note A second tent site is possible on a plateau at the top of Island Please do not request for larger groups. We cannot accommodate. The Lov Island is surrounded by shallow water, lilly pads. It is beautiful but not ideally suited for motor boats, this is best suited for Paddling excursions. There are nearby swimming spots.
