modern townhouse with large shaded garden The space We rent our house during our vacation. It's a modern, warm and family house. It was built in 2020. It is located in Aizenay, a Vendée town of 10,000 inhabitants where you will find three supermarkets, 3 bakeries, 1 butcher shop, 5 restaurants, a bowling alley, a cinema, a swimming pool, a forest with a nice park, many games and animals. Our house is 300 m from the city center and amenities. THE SPACE our house is 150 m2 habitable on two floors with a plot of 800 m2 it consists of: 4 Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with a 140 cm bed 2 bedrooms with a 90 cm bed 1 mezzanine with a sofa bed, TV and game corner 1 living room with kitchen, living room, 65 m2 2 bathrooms 2 toilets 1 cellar with washing machine, freezer Outside there are two terraces, one overlooking the kitchen and the other the living room, one is shaded by a magnificent umbrella pine. We have a swing, a basketball hoop, children's games (bicycles, balls, scooters, etc.). Cherry trees, fig trees, peach trees complete the garden. We have a small vegetable garden, a barbecue, garden furniture and a large table to welcome you. We have installed, in a furnished corner, an inflatable INTEX HOT TUB with integrated LED. It can be used for 4-5 people. The indoor swimming pool in Aizenay is a 10-minute walk and the outdoor pool in Maché is a 10-minute drive. We have 3 girls aged 6, 9 and 14, you can enjoy their games and books. Our house is family-owned and in the city center, we do not accept any festive evenings The town of Aizenay has beautiful bike paths, you can go to Saint Gilles Croix de Vie.
