Beautifully Converted cosy barn conversion on two floors, sunny and bright, Private independent and self catering. DOG FRIENDLY Ample parking area and south facing terrace full of flowers and plants overlooking the Malvern Hills and garden The Annexe is situated in the middle of a working family farm, no cows or sheep, only horses and hens, and guinea fowl . A small lake is nearby populated by ducks, a pair of swans . There are benches for sundowners while you watch the wildlife. The space The Annexe is south facing, sunny and bright. Full of Antique furniture, family pictures and history. Fresh flowers from the garden in every room. It is fully kitted out for self catering with just about everything you will need. Sittingroom/kitchen/dining area downstairs, with separate wc, and lovely south facing terrace with beautiful views of the garden and the Malvern Hills, with a table and chairs for sundowners or breakfast. There is a Barbecue for summer evenings (BYO fuel) . . Upstairs is a Double Bedroom (5.6" bed) with en suite shower room, and a Twin Room with two 3.6" beds, and a separate bathroom. INFANTS: If you are bringing babies, there is a travel cot available, with sheets and pillow . Also bath mat , stair gate, high chair, child loo seat, and plastic plates etc. and a few toys and books. A charge is made of £20.00 Payable to the host Please let us know. We welcome DOGS, but there is a small charge of £10 per dog per night. Payable directly. ELECTRIC VEHICLES, there is a charge of £15 for three pin trickle charging household plug, we do not have a specific electric vehicle charging point.. EXTRA BEDROOM: there is a single room available for a fifth person on the ground floor adjoining the Annexe in case you have a guest who cant manage the stairs etc.. Let me know if you would like to book it. The charge is £40 a night. Guest access The space is yours, its totally independent, and miles of private farmland, meadows and woods to roam in, with beautiful bluebells in May, . There is a little lake, with swans, ducks and guinea fowl, and free roaming chickens, and benches under the cherry tree for sundowners. Other things to note If you book as two people, but are two SINGLE people, needing to occupy two bedrooms, Please let me know, and beds will be made accordingly. There is an extra charge (payable directly on arrival) of £15 per night for the extra bedroom. We will provide Milk, tea, coffee, sugar etc for a 'cuppa' on arrival. If you would like BREAKFAST, please let me know = £7.50 ph 2 x hens eggs pp, home made bread and croissants, cereals, home made marmalades and compotes, honey, yoghurt, orange juice, butter, milk, coffees and teas. Everything will be left in the Kitchen the evening before. There is a flight of stairs to the bedroom floor. PETS - A nominal fee of £10 per dog per night will charged when you bring dogs, to offset the extra time to remove doggie hairs from carpets etc! This is paid directly to the host. INFANTS - A fee of £15 will be charged for the use of a large travel cot and sheet and duvet, pillow, towel, high chair, plastic non slip bathmat, stair gate, plastic bowls and plates. Payable on the day of arrival. ELECTRIC VEHICLES, we do not have an EV charging point, only three pin trickle charging from a household plug. There is a charge of £10 There is an EXTRA SINGLE ROOM DOWNSTAIRS to accommodate a FIFTH PERSON. Please let me know if you need this room as it is not open if you book as four or less people. The extra charge is £40 per night.
