This property is located in an outbuilding with a view of the garden. It is a comfortable space. Ground-level access to the entrance. The entire property is on one level. All the accommodation is level. It is independent of our main house. This accommodation has been furnished in an old outbuilding overlooking the garden. We are close to the city center of Niort 5 minutes away Niort and its unmissable dungeon ,a superb Saturday morning market ranked 6th in France ,the port Boinot the pedestrian streets and the Brèche square and the ladies of the Brèche pretty sculptures, the venerable dragons, the Halles, the Musée d 'Agesci the cobblestone streets around the church of St André...and the Marais Poitevin is also 15 minutes away ,the Abbey of Celles sur Belle is also to be seen... This accommodation is in the center of town, close to all amenities, bakery, pharmacy, butcher, pizzeria, Turkish crepe shop... The car is parked inside the courtyard in front of the accommodation. There's a restaurant 6 km away in an inn with beautiful surroundings in a park that will delight you. The restaurants around Place de la Brèche in Niort are 8 minutes away. Niort is 5 minutes away while being in the countryside. The tourist season of the Poitevin marsh is underway Very nice route along the Sevre niortaise quai Maurice Métayer beautiful walks await you!! Niort has a very nice market on Thursdays Saturdays and was voted the most beautiful market in France in 2024 In the evening in Niort you can go to Magic Flonflon, it's a bar with very, very original planchas. Groups of artists sometimes come there. It's an exceptional setting for all ages.
