The Studio is a spacious apartment in the centre of the stunning Lee Ford Estate in Knowle Village, near the picturesque seaside town of Budleigh Salterton. It can accommodate two adults and one child. The National cycle path is accessible from our woodland garden via a private gate. Secure parking. Budleigh Salterton is famous for its pebble beach and access to the coastal path along the Jurassic coast and local river banks. There are excellent pubs and restaurants serving local produce. The space The studio was prepared as a holiday apartment. It is traditionally furnished with limed wood dining table, small kitchen with oven, hob and microwave, shower room, sitting area with television, bluetooth speaker, Panasonic Blu-ray DVD player. The bed can either be super king double or two singles. In addition, there is a fold out Z bed suitable for a child. The studio has an amazing rural outlook over the amenity parkland. In the summer months there are pheasants roaming and young livestock. We will provide you with bedding, towels and all the essentials to make your visit as comfortable as possible. Guest access Guests will have full access to everything within the Studio, there is a picnic table on the adjacent grass lawn and a patio table and chairs on the balcony, both for exclusive use by guests. In addition a dedicated private, secure parking space. Within the grounds you can use the tennis court, which has a woodland backdrop. There is a direct private access to a bike/pedestrian path from the the woodland garden. Beyond this bike/pedestrian path one can cycle/walk towards Exmouth & Dawlish, or over the links golf course and down the cliff path to the beach of Budleigh Salterton. Other things to note We are close to the East Devon Jurassic coast and salt marsh of River Otter. There are a wealth of activities in the local area from water sports, coastal walks and child orientated play areas and attractions which are all listed in our guide book. The Studio has an ordnance survey map and a 2nd map with all the local walks clearly marked. It has its own dedicated picnic table for alfresco dining in the summer months.
