Gated 6+ acre riverfront home offering two bedroom (MAX up to 6 guests) & 1.5 bath cottage. Private Hudson River access & (seasonal) heated inground pool. Ground level has a kitchenette for light meal prep, a small eating area & full bathroom. The second floor has two large bedrooms and a half bath. Bedroom 1 has three beds (1 queen & 2 twins) and a half bath. Bedroom 2 has one bed (king), seating/dining w/TV. Cottage is attached to main home with its own private entrance. 90 mi from NY The space Private walking path to Hudson River. Plenty of parking & great outdoor space. Heated (seasonal) swimming pool with beautiful views of the Hudson River. Depending on the season, pack your hiking shoes, skis, kayaks, fishing poles and bathing suits. Pool is open until mid October. Small kitchenette with seating for 2-3 people. King bedroom has French doors leading to an enclosed sunroom. Also has a small table and 2 chairs along with lounge seating and tv. ***Please note there is no formal dining or living rooms. Guest access Private entrance is around the back of the house by the pool. Guests have their own (gas) barbecue grill and outdoor seating. Swimming pool is shared by only the homeowners & their Airbnb guests. Home sits on approximately 7 acres with several areas of play outside. Private Hudson riverfront property allows direct access to the river so guests may enjoy fishing, kayaking/canoeing. Warning...Swimming in the river is prohibited. Use caution walking down steep walkways. Hold onto small children not every area is fenced & uneven ground. Other things to note Garbage is by gate & separated with one bin for recycling & one for regular trash. Cans & bottles do not get “bagged”, they go directly in recycling bin. No glass by pool. No indoor smoking/vaping (please only use outdoor area back by half wall near fireplace) with proper disposal. You are welcome to bring along your outdoor water gear for kayaking, canoeing or fishing. River access is a short 5 minute walk down a steep, rocky pathway, so please (for your own safety) have the proper footwear attire before heading out. Again, please use caution while carrying your kayak/canoe along the path as there is no driving down to the river at this time. Bring your own chairs. You may fish right off the concrete dock and remember rocks along the river's edge are very slippery when wet so please be careful. River has very strong currents so there is absolutely "No" swimming. Any children near the river must have a life vest on regardless of their swimming ability. Heated swimming pool has a deep end of 8 ft. shallow end of 3 ft. Locking pool safety cover remains on at all times and only opened when pool is in use or being cleaned. All toddlers require swim diapers. Small children must use toilet prior to entering/re-entering. If pool gets contaminated, it would have to closed for cleaning. This is all important for your safety and enjoyment. WIFI - personal password given once you arrive. TV - code same as WIFI password. Door & Gate - password given once you arrive. Gate opens automatically upon departure.
