Our non-smoking studio is located on the Smoke Free Site of Domein Groot Besselink. Surrounded by greenery of forest, meadowland, heath and the current of the nearby Berkel River, this is a wonderful natural place to cycle, canoe, swim and hike. For more information, please visit www.grootbesselink.nl The space The studio is located in/at my home. It is a completely private space with both bedroom, living room and kitchen in 1. The bathroom has a shower toilet and sink. Outside you have your own terrace with grass strip to spend time on beautiful summer days. Guest access The space available to you is clearly indicated. You do have neighbors, so we may hear and/or see each other. Other things to note My house and your future studio is located on our smoke-free campsite. Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the studio. On Pentecost weekends when there are beautiful sunny days, it can be busy during the day with passers-by. :)
