I Cosy studio apartment with private bathroom I

You will reside in a cosy Studio apartment in a building from 1900. The apartment boasts a queen size double bed (2mx1,60m), a small seating area and an ensuite bathroom. ATTENTION THE STAIRS TO THE APARTMENT ARE VERY STEEP !!! Our house is located in the Ehrenbreitstein district, NOT in the city center of Koblenz! The space The offered apartment is on the 1st floor and is about 20 square meters. It has a small kitchenette with sink and an induction cooker. The bathroom is separated by a selfmade barnstyle door (keyless) from the master bedroom. Climbing stairs is required. (STAIR IS VERY STEEP !!!!!) Other things to note Please do not open the windows completely, but just tilt, otherwise the brackets for the blinds will break. In addition, it is very important that no candles, tea lights or the like are used, since the house consists almost entirely of wood. Many Thanks :)
