My place is close to parks, art and culture, restaurants and dining, and great views. You’ll love my place because of the location and atmosphere, the people, the neighborhood, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. Rose' Apartment is one of 6 unique units set in scenic surroundings. A solar system is in place to counter load shedding and you will not be left in the dark. The space La Provence has a 350 year old history which dates back to the arrival of the French Huguenots. 4 White and 4 red variety grapes are being cultivated and there is also a large peach orchard. It has a small, historic wine cellar, veteran car museum, lush gardens, spring water pool and tennis court. You can choose from one of six unique cottages, all set in scenic surroundings on the property. Guest access Guests can use the spring water pool and tennis court, walk through the vineyards and pick peaches in season. Wine tasting and a cellar tour can be booked with the winemaker, as well as a farmyard tour with a meeting with Jack and Suzie, the pet ostriches. Carin is a professional tennis coach and lessons can be arranged. Tennis balls and racquets are available. Coffee and tea, are complimentary and the La Provence Farm fresh breakfast on the terrace overlooking the garden is available at an additional cost which can be booked on arrival. Other things to note Laundry can be handed in for washing, drying and folding at a reasonable rate. A shuttle service is also available.
