Private Bedroom Near Union Square

We're a couple living in Nob Hill, and have been loving this apartment for over ten years now. We travel for days at a time for work, often at the same time as we run two businesses together. The bedroom has a queen-size bed with fresh sheets and blankets. Our apartment is centrally located with easy access to city hotspots. The space Located on the ground level, our two-bedroom apartment has one bedroom dedicated for our daily living, and one bedroom available for guests looking to stay for a minimum of 30 days. There is a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom available to guests. Guests will have 100% access to their own bedroom and the shared spaces during their stay. It is great for individuals (and couples!) who are either traveling or here on business. It is especially an ideal location for those looking for longer stays in San Francisco. Our apartment is walking distance to Union Square, Downtown, the Embarcadero, and Fisherman's Wharf. Guest access Guest will have a private bedroom with a queen size bed and closet. The bathroom, living room, and kitchen are fully furnished and available to the guest, and we are very flexible and can work around any tight schedules regarding the shared spaces. Amenities Include: - Heating - Wireless internet - TV with streaming services - Coin-operated washer and dryer in the building - Kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, oven, gas stove, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, and plenty of pots and pans to make a home-cooked meal if desired - The bathroom includes a bath/shower. Towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner will be provided for your convenience. During your stay We are generally available to let our guests in during check-in and provide them with a set of keys. In the event we are not personally available, we provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in process. We are very easily reached by text or airbnb messages with any questions or concerns.
