The Ancy gîte is designed and equipped for the comfort of 4 people. Located in the quiet of a village of 1000 inhabitants, this village with all shops is in the heart of a green countryside, between forest and river, it will delight fishermen & hikers. Crossed by the Burgundy Canal and its cycle route. We accept a maximum of 1 pet. The space A vacation home offering all the comforts for an enjoyable stay in Burgundy, regardless of the weather. The 80 m2 cottage for 4 people. The gîte is composed of: On the ground floor, a living room with fireplace, a trundle bed for 2 people, DVD player, stereo. Kitchen/living room, with dishwasher, pyrolysis oven, glass-ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee makers. Laundry room with washing machine, separate toilet. Upstairs; 2 connecting bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 1 bed for 2 people, 1 bedroom with a trundle bed for 2 people, 1 bathroom. (Beds made on arrival and baby equipment on request) The land is enclosed, you have garden furniture, a barbecue and a place to park your car. Guest access You also have a covered leisure area with a ping pong table and petanque court, and in an old carpentry workshop, manual activities such as drawing, wood, stone, clay, as well as toys and games are available to you.
