Description
Stintino,Villaťese Sardina is the home of my and my family's memories. It's surrounded by greenery and perfect for people who prioritize vacations together but at the same time want comfort and privacy. The 4 bedrooms, cared for in every detail and the 3 bathrooms allow you to enjoy a fun, exciting stay in contact with nature. The minimum distance from the beach, reachable on foot in a few minutes, allows you to do without the car. The space ON THE ROAD THAT LEADS HOME,towards Capo Falcone, there is a surprise behind the last curve when suddenly the sea appears,a sea never seen before, there is a cry of wonder in front of that pool of a blinding turquoise, the only arrogant desire is to immerse yourself in thatwater! Shortly after we arrived You leave the car in the large private parking lot of the small condominium made up of a few villas ,the only one so close to the sea,now it would no longer be possible to build it. As we cross the small avenue that takes us home, we are immersed in a garden without walls, made of lentisches, flowering oleanders, rosemary, prickly pears, aloe and ancient junipers that scent the air , silence envelops everything. The patio under the white canopy is lined with clear swaying curtains, green sofas and armchairs for relaxing and a large dining table. A large and bright living room with fireplace welcomes us,it is tiled with the artifacts of Cerasarda, a company famous throughout the world for its production of handmade tiles and ceramics that dress the most beautiful houses! It hits the wall in front of a huge basket hanging on the wall as a testimony to the ancient Sardinian art of weaving and other furnishings of local crafts are scattered here and there From this house you would never want to leave, it attracts you inside itself, in its large spaces you feel good,it releases covivialita, the kitchen is comfortable and induces us to prepare meals and large tables to consume them all together and no longer want to go out . You are together passionately but privacy is sacred, you can always close a door behind you to be alone, when you have the need, the structure allows it,the spaces allow it! On the ground floor we have the living room, the kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Climbing a spiral staircase ,upstairs, 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom. The mountain behind us and many other surrounding areas have not been built, they are covered with dense trees and Mediterranean scrub,so that it is possible ,if you are lucky, to sometimes meet a boar with its children or foxes looking for a cool area under a tree or to drink, the forest body is attentive to the preservation of native flora and fauna. Mosquitoes, on the other hand, do not like Stintino , but sometimes ants do,so care must be taken to avoid leaving food residues or crumbs around ,if they insist on wanting to keep us company, they will have to move to less gentle but certainly effective systems. A short path within the sector takes us to the sea,in a few steps there is the beach ‘Il Seagull’, crystal clear sea, sand like white flour and all the services: umbrellas, sunbeds, showers,, restaurant, pizzeria, loungebar, make it a magical place and it is right under the house,no car,no rows under the sun,no search for impossible and expensive parking lots that are never found, life is simple because it is relaxing, you live in a swimsuit and pareo, children will be happy but also adults ,a full immersion in nature! From here you start to make a thousand excursions with boats and dinghies that you can rent to explore the incredible coves and dive into a sublime water , not only x the color but also for its velvet texture! you can do all water sports with or without an instructor, you organize excursions to go to the Asinare natural park, unique flora and fauna that attract scholars and naturalists from all over the world, the triangle that is created between the island , Corsica, Liguria and France is the destination of the transhumance of sperm whales towards the Nordic seas,if you are very lucky you can happen to meet one, it happened to me! it is easy to cross the dolphins, they come to play on the trails of boats in this indescribable corner of paradise and, if you are an adventure lover, you can also spend the night in the only structure here in existence that is located in the former prison now abandoned, where the nights are illuminated only by the stars ! Under the house, continuing to walk, after the Seagull you go towards " la Pelosa", a beach considered one of the most beautiful in the Mediterranean and in the world, which will soon remake the look to become even more beautiful. If you want to return to reality, a few kilometers from the house there is Stintino, a small nineteenth-century fishing village, characterized by a picturesque natural port that funnels into the village like a bowel, hence its name !Here there are shops, supermarkets, bank, offices, medical guard and local x aperitif by the sea, excellent restaurants where you eat freshly caught fish, and twice a week, a market with traditional Sardinian products! The uniqueness of the place is given by the colors and scents of the Mediterranean scrub enriched by the absence of city traffic. The house is cool but upstairs where the other two rooms are located there are also two air conditioning systems. What to say STINTINO awaits you!!! Guest access The house is very spacious and can be accessed in any space even if you have to pay attention to the relationship with the neighborhood . Other things to note To reach Northern Sardinia from Italy the most convenient port is Olbia. The formulas are different depending on the vehicle and the day chosen, in all cases available to travelers there are multiple ferry schedules from Civitavecchia to Olbia or even starting from other ports in Italy. In a short time the ferry reaches the Sardinian coast and during the route you can enjoy sailing, sunbathing on the bridge, feeding the seagulls, drinking or eating at the bar etc. Arriving by ferry, in short, the holiday begins from the moment you get on the ship. The base point where to stay and from where to visit Northern Sardinia depends on the various needs. There are travelers who prefer to alternate quiet sun-sea days with visits to the beauties of the island, so in that case they prefer to stay in seaside resorts with a beautiful beach. Others are drawn to the nightlife, so they choose based on the local nightlife. There are also those who prefer to stay out of the chaos, in an isolated area to relax to the fullest and leave every day without having to deal with traffic. Depending on the individual needs, therefore, it is possible to make your own choice. In the western area stands the splendid resort of Porto Torres which constitutes one of the most important in the North. The beaches are particularly beautiful for the clear green water and white sand that characterizes them and are ideal for those who want to relax or have children because they are well equipped with all kinds of service. The most famous are Scogliolungo and Acque Dolci. Nearby there is also one of the most famous beaches in Sardinia, that of Stintino 30km from Porto Torres. It is a tongue of land that stretches in the direction of the island of Asinara, another Sardinian paradise. Thelatter is a natural park and stands out because it is uncontaminated and wild, a true dream on earth. Saint Teresa of Gallura and the Magdalene A locality that combines historical cultural elements, such as its Longonsardo tower, and breathtaking beaches is Santa Teresa di Gallura, a small earthly paradise that sees wonderful coves of clear sand interspersed with rocks carved by seawater. The best known beaches are Conca Verde, Rena Bianca, Monti Russu, Rena maiore. Near this town are the Maddalena archipelago and Palau, Sardinian beauties now famous all over the world. This area is much appreciated for diving because it has extraordinary seabeds rich in fish. Registration Details IT090089C2000P4249
