+++ Fabulous space in Kreuzberg +++ The space Hey there, I'm offering a room in a super exciting and central area of Berlin. The room is located in fabulous Kreuzberg, which has amazing cafes with great food (many vegan options) and fabulous coffee as well as vintage shops and a flea market, all within easy walking distance. The nearest cafe, which is my favorite, is literally next door. The nearest bar is conveniently situated across the road (opposite the cafe!). There is so much amazing food close by, you will be spoilt for choice. Also nearby are all the conveniences you need such as supermarkets, pharmacies, drug stores and restaurants etc. Also within walking distance is the amazing old "Tempelhof Airport" which is maybe a 10min walk, 15 if you amble along. This is a fabulous open space that used to be an airfield and is now a community space used by Berliners and visitors alike to walk, cycle, or skate in. It‘s a huge green oasis in the middle of bustling Berlin. The apartment itself is locate on the first floor of a renovated apartment block that was originally built in 1873, and retains a lot of the original features that add to the character of the building. The room is quiet and private as it is located at the southeast, overlooking the backyard (my room is at the Northeast side). The room is very nice and bright with parquet floor and high ceilings, and could also be quite comfortable and cozy for two as well! So come in and find out! The rest of the 90 sqm apartment is made up of the shared bathroom and kitchen, both are of a good size and are equipped with everything you need. Plus, you will have your own small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and tooth paste. There is a washing machine in the room, which you are more than welcome to use but please ask first as I am happy to show you how.
