Has privet kitchen and bathroom, and it is fully equipped for a comfort stay. Inside the room there is a double bed, and there is the possibility to add a single bed or a baby cot upon request. There is a kitchen table and chairs inside and an outdoor table and chairs in the garden. It is has south orientation with exit to the garden. On the basement there is a shared washing machine.
